Reporting Instructions

1. Review your Grant Contract for an outline of the information needed.
   If you are unable to find your copy, one is available at www.delmas.org/applicant-login.
   

2. Log into the Foundation’s online grant portal, www.delmas.org/applicant-login.
   

3. Enter the report information in the online forms. Report forms are listed on the grant portal dashboard under Follow Up Forms. The Edit link is on the right side.
