Grant Reporting Instructions

1. Reports are due within three months following your travel and research.

2. Log into the online grant portal, www.delmas.org/applicant-login.

3. Enter the report information. Report forms are listed on the dashboard under Follow Up Forms. The Edit link is on the right side. The form asks for a narrative of what was accomplished and expense budget. There is also an opportunity for you to provide feedback to the Foundation and advice to future grantees.
